Ragu has over 16 years of experience at the executive level in the hospitality industry. He has not only brought about solid business results but also holds a stellar reputation in directing all facets of the industry provided. He was based in America, Singapore, and Istanbul during his 16 tenure with The Ritz Carlton group. In those precious years, the experience Ragu had was mostly in Leadership areas within the very many properties of Ritz Carlton Hotels. Apart from leadership skills, it had also helped to shape his personality in establishing and maintaining long term quality relationship with individuals of diverse cultures and organisational backgrounds. Serving his home country and bringing back the expertise was embedded deep down his heart ; hence he decided to move back to Malaysia in 2012. He then ventured into Hotel Consulting and thereafter his passion for education led him into the industry of Education & Training business for the past 5 years now.

Shafiqe provided consultations to students higher educational institutions before establishing Yahya Ibrahim Holdings Group in 2012.

His 20 years of experience in the education industry & International Student Recruitment, has brought him to over 100 countries, and mastering 9 languages to guide educational institutions in the right track with new business avenues.
